Free jerseys for the youth, open gyms for the adults, cheerleading lessons for the girls, open varsity for young adults – it seems like there’s something for everyone, except for the moms. FYBA moms, not to be outdone, hit the court during Sundays’ open gym at Hayfield. All eyes on the center court, these ladies, dressed up in boots and jeans,  showed that they too, wanna have fun.  Traditionally, FYBA has the Mothers Day tournament for the moms, but of course, that’s just for one day.  One mom who played last Sunday was overheard saying, “we need to form our own team,” and perhaps, deservingly so, their own division as well.
