Congratulations to Noel Obusan, a senior at George Mason High School, on winning The Bull Run District Tournament and becoming District 
Champs, and on being selected as District Player of the Year. Noel has been with FYBA since 2008, and has participated in the yearly NABA games, in the FYBA DC Juniors team which competed in Scarborough in 2009, FYBA VA Juvi team in New Jersey 2010, and FYBA DC Team in Toronto in 2011. Known for his ankle breaking dribbling prowess, Noel is well liked in the community for his pleasant and outgoing personality, and is well respected and looked up to by a lot of the FYBA kids.
